Appointments

At Tatiana Day Spa we want to fulfill everyone's request for treatment. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. A major credit car​​​d is required to ensure a reservation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​Cancellations

​We request 48-hour notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Any no-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a full fee on your charge card, no exceptions.



Gift Certificate

Gift Certificates are valid for a period of one year from the purchase date. However, extensions may be granted if requested prior to the expiration date. No refunds are granted for gift certificates.



Series Purchases

When purchasing services in a discounted series or package, no refunds are granted after the purchase is made.

 

Gratuities

A 20% gratuity is suggested for salon and spa services.

A 20% gratuity will be added to services for bridal parties of 4 or more. 

 

By Appointment Only 

•  Appointments required for Sunday and Monday.  

•  An additional fee of 50% over regular salon prices will be charged for appointments on Sunday, off-site,

and all "early bird" appointments before 9:00 am.

•  An additional fee of 50% over regular spa prices will be charged for at-home or any off-site treatments.

After 5:00 pm services available for Massage Treatments, Manicures & Pedicures only.
